The talk explains Sahay, an AI platform using RAG and LLMs to deliver personalized learning paths, career counseling, resume optimization, and blockchain‑verified credentials.
Conventional systems of education and career growth tend to provide non-tailored experiences, hence disengagement and less than optimal career readiness.This talk proposes ’Sahay,’ an artificial intelligence-based platform that seeks
to rectify this situation through dynamic, tailored learning trajectories and career counseling. Sahay uses Retrieval-Augmented
Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create
adaptive educational material and career suggestions from the
profiles of individual users. The platform consists of a dynamic
assessment module to analyze user knowledge, learning styles,
and career interests to facilitate customized learning routes and
skill mapping in real time. Sahay also boasts advanced career
features such as AI-based job matching, automated resume
updating and interview prep tools. Importantly, the platform
allows for uploading of multiple resumes, ATS score-based
resume suggestions , and suggests the best resume per job match.
In addition, Sahay incorporates blockchain technology for safe
verification of credentials to build trust and transparency for
employers and recruiters. The platform provides two different
administrative logins: one for Training and Placement Officers
(TPOs) and another for recruiters, allowing easy interaction
and management. By using AI methods to work with userfriendliness, Sahay transforms the learning and career development sector

- VectorDBA VectorDB is a specialized database storing high-dimensional vector embeddings to power rapid, semantic similarity search for AI applications.Vector Databases (VectorDBs) are purpose-built systems designed to index and manage high-dimensional numerical arrays, or embeddings, which represent unstructured data like text, images, or audio. These vectors capture the semantic meaning of the data, allowing the database to perform efficient Approximate Nearest Neighbor (ANN) searches using algorithms like HNSW (Hierarchical Navigable Small World). This capability is critical for modern AI, directly enabling use cases like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground Large Language Models (LLMs) in specific knowledge, and powering recommendation systems (e.g., Netflix) and semantic search. Key platforms in this space include Pinecone, Milvus, and Qdrant.
